Sensing Lent: An Embodied Journey to Easter

Guiding individuals and Small Groups through the Lenten season through sight, smell, taste, touch, and sound

Lent follows Jesus through his final days, crucifixion, and resurrection. In his experience of the world, he was fully God and also fully human. Jesus sweated with fear, bled when struck, grew weary and exhausted. Slow down this season to relate to Christ’s experience and consider how Jesus’ final days are reflected in your own life and in the world around us. Use this guide on your own, with your current Small Group, or sign up for a new Small Group.
