Get equipped to facilitate effective conversation, foster healthy group norms, and embrace a posture of humility as you lead. These resources (one video and an accompanying manual) are best used in conjunction with an online or in-person orientation session given by the Director of Small Groups, but may be used by an individual on his/her own as well.
